摘 要:车架是汽车的关键承载部件,其强度直接影响整车的使用性能。利用Pro/E软件建立矿用自卸车车架的简化三维模型,分析车架在弯曲和扭转工况下载重40 t时的应力、位移分布情况。通过对车架进行静态分析,找出应力集中点和容易产生疲劳失效的部位,校核该车架强度。进一步对该车架进行模态分析,得出车架的固有频率和振型特征;通过谐响应分析得出在激励频率下的共振区域,为提高车架结构固有频率,增加结构刚度,为避免发生共振提供依据。结合所有分析结果,对车架薄弱部位提出合理的改进方案。Truck frame is one of the key bearing parts for the car. Its strength has a direct impact on the vehicle performance. Pro/E software is used to establish a simplified three-dimensional model of heavy mining dump truck frame and analyse the stress distribution and deformation distribution under the conditions of the frame with the load 40 t. Through the static analysis of the frame, the stress concentration points and the fatigue points where the fatigue is prone to are found out to check its intensity. Its modal analysis is further made to obtain its natural frequency and vibration mode characteristics. Through the harmonic response analysis results in the excitation frequency resonance region, the structure of the natural frequency of the truck frame is improved to strengthen the structural stiffness, the basis is provided for avoiding resonance. According to all the results of the analysis, this paper puts forward the reasonable scheme which is used to improve the frame tructure.
