摘  要:以常用铜弹带材料属性研究和本构关系为基础,研究了在某大口径火炮中弹带材料对挤进过程的影响规律。使用有限元软件ABAQUAS建立弹带挤进系统模型,采用Johnson-Cook本构模型描述材料的接触失效,利用显示数值积分算法对弹带挤进过程的非线性动力学行为进行了数值模拟,分别对4种不同的铜弹带材料进行了数值计算。经过4种结果的对比分析,得到了铜材性质对挤进过程影响的机理,并提出了新型塑性弹带材料的研究方向。研究结果可为大口径火炮弹带材料的优化和研究提供一定的参考。This paper researches on the law of the influence of the materials of the rotating band in a large-caliber gun on the engraving process, based on the study of the m.aterials in common copper rotating bands and the constitutive relation. The rotating band engraving model is established in the finite element analysis software ABAQUAS, the contact failure is described by Johnson- Cook constitutive relation mode, the numerical simulation of nonlinear dynamics of the rotating band engraving process is performed by adopting the explicit numerical integration algorithm and four different materials are calculated in the simulation. Through the comparative analysis of the four results, the mechanism of the influence of this copper band material on the engraving process is ob- tained and the research direction of new plastic rotating band is put forward. These research results can provide the reference for the study and optimization of the materials of rotating band in the large-caliber gun.
