摘　　要：目的探讨紫杉醇与顺铂联合化学治疗导致不良反应发生的卵巢癌患者的整体护理干预疗效。方法选取医院2012年4月至2015年4月收治的卵巢癌患者64例,均采用紫杉醇联合顺铂化学治疗,将所有患者分为试验组和对照组,各32例。试验组患者采用整体护理,对照组患者采用常规护理。结果试验组患者生活质量高的17例,生活质量一般的10例,总有效率为84.38%;对照组患者生活质量高的10例,生活质量一般的11例,总有效率为65.52%。两组比较,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论整体护理能改善卵巢癌不良反应患者的生活质量,减轻患者痛苦,改善依从性。Objective To investigate the holistic nursing intervention in the adverse reactions caused by ovarian cancer treatment with paclitaxel and cisplatin. Methods 64 cases of ovarian cancer patients in the hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected and given paclitaxel cisplatin treatment. The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 32 cases in each group. The experimental group was given holistic nursing intervention,and the control group was given conventional nursing. Results In the experimental group,high- quality life 17 cases,general 10 cases,with a total effective rate of 84. 38%; while in the control group,high- quality life 10 cases,general 11 cases,with a total effective rate of 65. 52%,and the two groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention can improve the life quality of ovarian cancer patients with adverse reactions, reduce the pain of patients,and improve their compliance.
