摘　　要：通过叙述档案管理信息系统的开发、研制和可持续发展,对企业电子文件的归档与管理,企业磁性载体档案的管理以及纸质档案的数字化等工作进行企业档案的信息化建设,积极推进档案资源存量数字化、增量电子化、利用网络化,全面提升企业档案管理水平,以适应生产经营和改革发展的需要。The paper puts forward that we should strength enterprises＇ archives informationization construction with the ex- ploitation, research and sustainable development of archives management information system, the filing and management of electronic documents, the management of magnetic media archives and the digitization of paper archives. It can promote the digitization, electronization, networking of archives resource and increase the management level of enterprise archives in order to adapt the need of production and management as well as innovation and development.
