摘 要:针对货运集装箱低温储运存在箱内温度调控问题,提出了"整体箱保温+相变蓄热控温"的保温设计方案,并建立起相应的数学传热模型。利用FLUENT软件对该模型进行数值计算,得到了4种不同相变材料敷设方式下集装箱内温度场分布图。结果表明,相变材料敷设方式会对箱体内部空气温度场的分布产生一定影响,并基于仿真结果找到了最合理的设计方案,可使箱内温度梯度保持在0.4℃/m左右。The heat preservation design scheme of "Integrated thermal insulation and PCM thermal storage" was proposed to solve the temperature control problem of freight transport container transported in low temperature. The mathematical heat transfer model was established. Using the FLUENT software to numerical calculation of the model, the temperature distribu- tion of container under the four different laying method of phase change material (PCM)were obtained. The results indicate that the position of phase change material has a certain impact on the temperature distribution of container. Based on the simulation result, the most reasonable design scheme which could keep the temperature gradient of container at 0.4 ℃/m wasobtained.
