摘  要:文章通过对产学研一体化实践教育发展问题的系统全面的阐述,揭示了问题的症结是管理机制与观念习惯,论述了只有建立起兼顾各方要求、体现人才培养与效益并重、政府重视与规范管理、充分调动学生、高校和企业三方积极性的强有力的产学研一体化实践教育运行机制,才能打造成熟的产学研实践教育平台,从而提高应用型人才的培养质量,提高国家创新水平,推动科技快速发展。The problems on the development of the domestic practical education of the integration of production-study-research were systematically expatiated. It revealed that the crux of the problem was rooted on the management mechanism and the concept of habit. The powerful operational mechanism of the practical education of the integration of production-study-research was established in order to meet the demands of all aspects, to lay equal stress on personnel training and efficiency, to parallel government's attachment of importance to practical education and standardized management and to arouse the enthusiasm of university student, colleges and universities and enterprises, motivation. And thus, the ripe practical teaching platform would be built so as to improve the quality of the cultivation of applied talents, improve the innovation level of our country, to promote the rapid development of science and technology.
