妇科患者腹部伤口Ⅱ期缝合的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科患者腹部伤口Ⅱ期缝合的治疗体会。方法回顾性分析该院2007-01～2013-12收治的17例腹部伤口愈合不良妇科患者的临床资料,在其伤口感染或者裂开时行清创及改良减张缝合术。结果 17例患者术后7～9 d拆线,切口愈合整齐,均痊愈出院。结论改良减张缝合在腹部术口Ⅱ期缝合术中的应用非常重要。Objective To explore the method for the treatment of gynecological patients with abdominal poor wound healing. Methods Seventeen cases of gynecological patients with abdominal poor wound healing were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2013. The debridement and modified suture were performed when wound infection or dehiscence occurred. Results 17 patients were discharged 7 to 9 days after the operation with good healing of incision. Conclusion Modified suture is suitable for the postoperative Ⅱ suture.
