摘　　要：杨昌济是湖南近代著名思想家与教育家。他在维新思潮影响下,负笈海外,考察西方音乐教育,以改良国乐与普及乐教为宗旨,"与日新之世界同时并进",不断吸收各国音乐教育之精髓,形成具有强烈实利主义色彩与道德伦理导向的音乐中国梦。杨昌济通过普及音乐、撰著教材、培养新式人才,践行音乐中国梦,对湖南乃至中国音乐文化的现代转型与发展演变产生了深远影响。Yang Changji is a famous ideologist and educationist in modem Hunan. Influenced by the reform thought, he went abroad and studied the system of western music education. In order to improve Chinese music and popularize music, he absorbed constantly the ,essence of music education in the world and formed his music Chinese dream with a color of practicalism and mortality orientation. He popularized music, wrote music textbooks, educated music talents, which is of significance for the modem transformation of music culture in Hunan and China.
