摘 要:追求内涵式发展是当前我国高等教育改革与发展的迫切诉求,也是我国研究型大学质量攻坚的必然选择,而办学传统与特色的继承、发展和创新则是高校内涵式发展的基础和根本动力。研究型大学可以根据公认性、历史继承性、独特性等基本属性来确定和区分其办学传统与办学特色,依据"以广泛参与来认同,以探讨和研究来梳理、凝练和升华,以史实与现实来佐证"这一基本思路来提炼和挖掘办学传统与特色,可以沿着"物质固化—制度保障—精神融入"这一路径来强化办学传统与特色,使办学传统与特色真正落实到办学理念和办学实践之中,真正实现文化育人和办学质量的提升。The pursuit of intensive development is the urgent demand of higher education development in our country, it is also an inevitable choice to overcome difficulties in quality aspect of research-type university. Inheritance, development and innovation of the traditions and features are the fundamental power and basis of the intensive development for a university. As far as research-type university is concerned, educational traditions and features can be identified and distinguished by their basic attributes such as widely recognition, historical inheritance and uniqueness. On this basis, educational traditions and features can be excavated and abstracted based on the following ideas: to be identified through wide participation, to be combed, refined and sublimed through the researches, and to be proved through the historical facts and realities. Then educational traditions and features can be strengthened by the path of material solidification, institutional protection and spirit harmonization. Thereout, educational traditions and features can be put into the educational practice and educational philosophy, and cultural? cultivation and quality improvement can be truly realized.
