摘  要:风电等新能源发电快速发展是新形势下电力系统的显著特征,传统的输电网规划中需要考虑风电并网的影响因素。以价格弹性为切入点,推导出短期需求响应函数,并引入双层风电与输电网投资协调规划模型,实现用户支付成本、风电和输电网投资最小化。算例分析表明,不同水平条件下的需求弹性对规划结果敏感性影响显著,能够引导风电和输电网的投资方向。The rapidly development of new energy generation such as wind power is a remarkable property for power systems in the new situation.The factor influencing the wind power integration should be considered in traditional transmission planning.This paper deduces short term demand side response function based on the price elasticity,and introduces a bi-level coordinated planning model of wind power and transmission grid investment,so as to realize the minimization of customer payment cost as well as the wind power and transmission investment cost.The example analysis shows that the demand elasticity under different conditions plasys an important role in planning sensitivity,guiding the direction of the wind power and transmission grid investment.
