摘 要:配网中测量用PT和CT常用的不完全星形接线方式所采集的电量信息不完整,给电能质量监测带来困难。给出了互感器不完整信息采集下的电能质量监测方法,首先通过间接计算或传感器拓展可得出非采集相电量信息;其次各项电能质量指标均可由三相线电压、电流计算得出,其中三相不平衡度可直接由采集相电量得出;最后分析了非采集相电量误差极值及不完整信息采集下的电能质量误差极值。结果表明,在不完整信息采集条件下可对各项电能质量指标进行监测,且采集相电能质量误差比非采集相电能质量误差大。The information collected by both voltage transformers and current transformers that are always with the incomplete star wiring mode in distribution system is incomplete, which creates difficulties for power quality monitoring. The paper proposes the power quality monitoring method based on the incomplete information. Firstly, the indirect collecting information can be obtained by the way of theoretical calculation or sensors expansion. Afterwards, the power quality indicators can be calculated by the line voltages and currents of three phases, and the three-phase unbalance can be directly derived from the collecting information. At last, the extreme errors of both indirect collecting information and the power quality indicators are analyzed. The analysis results demonstrate that the power quality indicators can be monitored in the case of incomplete information collection, and the error of the power quality of indirect collecting information is larger than the error of the power quality of direct collecting information.
