新型纺棉弹性盖板针布的研试

摘　　要：为了解决棉纤维原料品级参差不齐、品种变化多样对14.6tex^7.3tex棉普梳与精梳纱质量造成的影响,设计研发了新型MCH55型弹性盖板针布,详细介绍其生产试制及与MCHJ56型弹性盖板针布的不同之处,并与其他针布产品进行应用对比。试验结果说明:MCH55型弹性盖板针布突破了MCHJ56型偶数植针排列n×(8×2)的形式,以奇数的植针排列n×(9×2)形式植针进行梳理纤维通道的分布设计,更具科学合理性;能达到同比针布梳棉生条与成纱质量水平,适合纺棉普梳、精梳14.6tex^7.3tex纱对新型盖板针布产品要求。In order to avoid the impact on common cotton carded and combed yarn 14. 6 text7.3 tex due to the mixed materials and the product varieties,new elastic flat clothing MCH55 is introduced and the comparative analysis is done with MCHJ56 and other products in the difference comparison. The results of the test shows that MCH55 is superior over MCHJ56 in the needle arrangement n× （9× 2） instead of n× （8× 2） ,the design is unique,achieving equal quality of sliver carding and yarn quality of the same kind. Suitable for the requirement of the new elastic flat colthing of the common cotton carded and combed 14.6 text7.3 tex yarn.
