粗纱锭翼压纱力与压掌的讨论

摘  要:为了提高粗纱卷绕密度,增大卷装质量,通过理论分析粗纱锭翼压掌压纱力的作用及"大张力,紧卷绕"的纺纱机理与可行性,比较了悬锭锭翼压掌的结构及其材料。指出,卷绕张力形成的压纱力远大于由压掌惯性离心力形成的压纱力;"大张力,紧卷绕"可增大粗纱卷绕密度;全机锭翼压掌臂直径、圆度和曲率半径必须一致;碳纤维复合材料压掌使用寿命长、故障率小,防插纱钢压掌可适应多组份纤维纺纱并降低成本。In order to increase the package intensity for better package quality, through the theoretical and experimental analysis of the yarn pressing force of the roving flyer and the spinning mechanism and the feasibility of "big tension, tight winding", and the structure and the material of the suspending flyer presser. It is concluded that yarn pressing force resulting from the wind- ing tension is much bigger than that from the inertial centrifugal force of the presser. The process"big tension,tight winding'can increase the roving winding intensity. It is necessary to keep conformity of the diameter, the roundness and the curvature radius of the flyer presser on all the equipments. The presser of carbon composite material is of long service life and less trouble. The presser against yarn intermingling is applicable for multi-fiber spinning with low cost.
