摘  要:为了满足智能、高效、节能喷气织机车速、幅宽、入纬率等性能指标要求,分析了异形筘片材料及一致性、生产组装工艺对其制造精度的影响,介绍了提高异形筘耐磨性和节能效果的相关措施。指出,通过采用高精度冲床及模具、校直、研磨筘片,以及采用多种表面处理工艺制作加强型异形筘片,精准控制筘齿间隙的"松编"工艺,能提高异形筘制造精度、耐磨性和节能效果。In order to meet the requirement of the air-jet loom characterized as intelligent, effi- cient,and energy saving in speed,width, weft insertion rate and other specifications. Analysis is done to the impact on the material and the material conformity of the profiled reeds, and the as- semblying process on the manufacturing precision. Introduction is made to measures involved in improving the wear resistance and energy saving of the profiled reeds. It is pointed out through the use of high precision punch and die including reeds straightening and polishing,plus the use of varieties of surface treatment technology making reinforced profiled reed tooth in conjunction with the precise control of reed tooth gap with "loose binding" process,consequently improving profiled reeds manufacturing precision,wear resistanee and the effeet of energy saving.
