进口纺纱设备配置国产器材专件的应用实践

摘　　要：以特吕茨勒清梳联、欧瑞康粗细络联系统为例,介绍了在进口纺纱设备上配置国产器材专件的经验,分析了进口设备原配器材的先进之处及国产器材与其的差距和努力方向。指出:国产针布在齿形、齿密设计方面与国外针布接近;细纱前胶辊采用国产胶辊,需要在工艺配置上适当调整,才能保证可纺性;上胶圈可直接用国产替代;国产器材专件还需要在理念上、技术上、材质上有所突破才能缩小差距;器材制造企业要在产品使用寿命、一致性、稳定性、适应高速和不同品种需求上下功夫。Sampling the blowing-carding combination from Trtitzschler and the spinning and winding combination from Oerlikon,introduction is given to the practice of the imported spin- ning equipment configured with the domestic accessories and special parts. Analysis is made to the advantages and the disadvantages of both domestic and overseas acceesories the gap in-between and the future development of the domestic accessories. It is pointed out that the domestic clothing is close to the overseas product in tooth profile and tooth density. The spinnability of the front roller can be improved if properly process configured when the domestic products are employed. The domestic top apron can be used as alternative. The gap between the domestic products and the overseas products can be shortened if there is a breakthrough in concept, technology and material. The accessories manufacturing enterprises should make efforts in service life, consistency and stability of products,in adaption with high speed, varieties of production.
