国内外作者贡献声明的贡献要素与贡献权重算法初探

摘　　要：[目的 /意义]梳理国内外作者贡献声明的研究发展,以期为今后的相关研究提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]采用文献调研的方法,通过对国内外有关作者贡献声明文献的调研,从作者贡献研究现状、作者贡献要素、作者贡献权重算法3个角度对比国内外的相关研究现状和研究特点。[结果 /结论]国内外关于作者贡献声明的研究内容还比较有限,其中国内的研究视野较窄,局限于基本贡献权重算法的探讨,而国外则从理论和实践两方面探讨贡献要素、深入对比分析不同算法并提出相应的改进措施。建议今后作者贡献研究从两个方面展开:1开展作者贡献的实证研究,探索我国作者贡献要素发展的共性和个性;2确定不同学科的作者贡献要素,明确作者贡献的要素组成与作者贡献权重的算法。[Purpose/significance] This paper reviews the development vein of the domestic and foreign research literatures about author contribution statements, aiming at providing reference for future research.[Method/process] With the literature research method, the paper investigates the domestic and foreign research literatures about author contribution statements from three angles：current research about author contribution, author contribution factors and the calculation method for author contribution.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the current research about the author contributions statement is relatively limited.According to the selected papers, the domestic research is limited to the basic calculation method for author contribution.While the foreign researchers stand on a higher perspective to study the author contribution factors from the theory and practice, compare and analyze the different calculation methods.The article also suggests that the study of author contributions could focus on two aspects in the future：① Give more attention on the empirical study of author contributions, and explore the commonness and individuality in the development of author contributions;② Summarize the author contribution factors of different disciplines, and make clear of the author contributions factors and the evaluation method of author contribution degree.
