摘 要:分析了目前备自投装置开关量输入输出的两种方式,在此基础上,综合考虑实时性和成本效益,提出了一种基于站控层GOOSE方式实现开关量输入输出方案,将站控层MMS与GOOSE双网合一,以站控层GOOSE方式采集变电站全站实时开关量信息、开出跳合闸命令,实现备自投功能。结合工程实践介绍了分段备自投的实现过程,并详述了备自投装置实现站控层GOOSE收发的关键技术,给出了备自投装置动作性能指标。保证备自投实时性的同时简化了变电站备自投装置的网络架构,有效降低了变电站的建设成本。研制的备自投装置目前在多个智能变电站运行效果良好。This paper analyzes two current on-off input/output modes of the backup power automatic switching device. On that basis, considering both real time performance and cost effectiveness, it presents a scheme of 0n-off input and output based on the station-level GOOSE mode, which combines the station-level MMS and GOOSE, collects real-time on-off information of the whole substation in the station- level GOOSE method and gives out switching off/on commands to realize the backup power automatic switching. Based on this scheme and under consideration of engineering practice, it introduces the process of realizing fragmented automatic connection, describes in detail the key technique for station-level GOOSE reception/transmission in the backup automatic switching, and gives motion performance indicators of the backup automatic switching device. This scheme can not only ensure real-time performance of backup automatic switching, but also simplify its network framework, thus reducing the construction cost of the substation. Backup automatic switching devices researched and developed in this scheme are operating very well at a number of intelligent substations.
