摘 要:为适应智能电网的发展趋势,提升智能变电站无功补偿智能化水平,介绍了一种新型的无功补偿装置SVC的监控系统的设计。监控系统通过光纤接入智能变电站的过程层获取数据,通过以太网接入智能变电站的间隔层网络,实现信息的上传,其网络通信模式,完全符合智能变电站要求,能够有效的与智能变电站相结合,真正实现了变电站无功补偿系统的智能化。监控系统除了包括数据采集处理、波形显示、历史数据查询、通信、故障监视等模块,提出了一种新的控制算法,不仅能实现无功的实时补偿,也能对电网的不平衡进行补偿。最后通过仿真验证了系统的性能及算法的合理性。To adapt to/he development trend of the smart grid and enhance the intelligence level of the reactive compensation of the intelligent substation, this paper presents the design of the monitoring system for a novel reactive compensator - SVC. The monitoring system is connected through fiber access to the process level of the intelligent substation to acquire information, and through Ethernet to the bay lew^l of the intelligent substation to realize information uploading. Its network communication mode in full compliance to the requirement of the intelligent substation can be combined with the intelligent substation effectively to realize intelligentization of the reactive compensation of the substation in the true sense. In addition to modules for data acquisition and processing, waveform display, historical data query, communication and fault monitoring in the monitoring system, this paper proposes a new control algorithm to realize real-time reactive compensation and compensate for the grid unbalance as well. Finally, the system performance and algorithm reasonability are verified through simulation.
