摘  要:为充分调动用户参与需求响应的积极性,提出了响应负荷配额概念,构建了考虑项目类型、响应时间等多种因素的基于电力积分的响应负荷配额模型,设计了包括积分买卖、兑换在内的电力积分交易框架。积分买卖实现了电网监管下用户-用户之间的自由交易,积分兑换以响应负荷配额为载体,实现了满足电网约束下的用户-电网之间互动。最后围绕交易平台准入、交易方式和交易流程三个方面重点设计了负荷代理参与下的电力积分交易模式,并通过算例验证了其有效性。In order to mobilize the users' enthusiasm in joining in demand response, the concept of response load quota was introduced and its model was built considering a variety of factors such as program type, response time and so on. Power score trade framework was designed containing buying, selling and exchanging of power score. Power score buying and selling realizes free trade under the supervision of the grid, while power score exchanging on the response load quota meets the needs of interaction under the power constraints. Finally, power score trade mode with load agent was especially designed focusing on three aspects like trade platform access, transaction mode and processes, and the numerical examples show its effectiveness.
