摘  要:某钢厂3号特厚板坯连铸机,经过半年多的使用,发现扇形段驱动辊滑道结构存在一些不足:驱动辊机械限位机构螺栓易松动,以及驱动辊滑轨与扇形段框架紧固连接螺栓易失效。为了解决驱动辊滑道结构存在的问题,通过对现场实际情况进行研究及理论分析,对驱动辊滑道结构进行结构优化改进,进而彻底解决了驱动辊滑道结构上存在的问题,保证了驱动辊辊缝开口度精度,并且提高了扇形段的过钢量,降低了设备的维护费用。Some shortcomings on structure of the driving roller slideway in the segment was found in the No.3heavy slab caster in a certain steel plant which was used more than half year.The bolts used for mechanical limiting position in the driving roller were always apt to to get loose and the bolts used for fastening and connecting the driving roller slide and segment frame were vulnerable.In order to eliminate the problems of the structure,the structure of the driving roller slideway was optimized and improved based on the research and theoretical analysis on the actual situation,which solved thoroughly the problems,ensured the accuracy of the driving roller gap,increased the steel production of the segment and reduced the equipment maintenance cost.
