摘 要:多丝电弧焊技术是重要的高效焊接工艺方法,双电源双丝气体保护电弧焊、多电源多丝埋弧焊已经有较为广泛的应用。关于多丝电弧焊工艺、电弧热源模型、电弧间相互作用等,焊接工作者开展了大量卓有成效的研究工作。根据焊丝、电弧和电源数量及电弧燃烧方式,将多丝电弧焊技术分为单电弧、多电弧和多电弧耦合三大类,在简要介绍各种多丝电弧焊技术工作原理的基础上,侧重于电弧间相互作用力和电弧燃烧规律、焊接工艺规范与焊缝成形的探讨和总结,以期促进多丝电弧焊技术的进一步研究发展和应用。Multi-wire arc welding technologies are important high-efficiency welding processes and methods,double-wire gas shielded metal arc welding with two-power-supplies and multi-wire submerged arc welding with multi-power-supplies have been applied widely. Nowadays,the research work of multi-wire arc welding focuses on welding processes,arc heat source models and inter-action between arcs and so on,and there is no classification standards. According to the numbers of welding wire,arc and power supply,and the modes of arc burning,the multiwire arc welding technologies are classified into three categories of single arc,multi-arc and coupling multi-arc. Based on brief introduction to the principles of various multi-wire arc welding technologies,discussion and summarization are emphasized on the inter-action between arcs,arc burning law,welding process specifications and weld formation.
