摘  要:低合金高强钢不预热焊接时容易出现冷裂纹,但预热会降低焊接效率,增加焊接成本。双面双弧焊接可以在一定程度上降低预热温度,甚至实现低合金高强钢不预热焊接。文中对10Cr Ni3Mo V低合金高强钢双面双弧焊接接头组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明,双面双弧接头成形良好,TIG打底焊缝主要为等轴或条状铁素体和珠光体,MAG焊缝主要为针状铁素体,同时含有晶界铁素体和少量粒状贝氏体。接头抗拉强度优良,试样断裂位置均位于母材。不同位置冲击性能良好,满足技术要求。热影响区软化程度较小。Non-preheating welding often leads to cold cracks,but preheating will lower welding efficiency and increase costs for low-alloy highstrength steels. Double-sided arc welding( DSAW) can lower preheating temperature to a certain extent,even realize non-preheating welding for low-alloy high-strength steels. 10CrNi3MoV steel plates were joined by DSAW technology. Microstructure and mechanical properties of DSAW joints were investigated. The results show that,the DSAW joints appearance are excellent. The microstructure of TIG welds are mainly composed of equiaxial and / or lath ferrites and some pearlites. MAG welds include mainly acicular ferrites,a small amount of grain boundary ferrites and granular bainites can also been observed. All the tensile samples fractured in base metal,and the test results illustrate the excellent tensile property of DSAW joints. The impact properties are good at different notch positions which meet the technical requirements. The decrease of hardness is limited.
