摘 要:针对典型压力容器用S30408不锈钢进行了等离子弧打底及盖面焊接工艺研究,借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸强度测试和晶间腐蚀试验等测试手段对等离子焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能进行了分析。试验结果表明,采用合理的焊接工艺参数可以得到良好的焊缝成形及优异的综合力学性能,其接头抗拉强度约为811 MPa,几乎接近母材强度。断口形貌为典型韧窝状的韧性断裂;弯曲试验及晶间腐蚀试验均测试合格;焊缝处显微组织形貌为枝晶状奥氏体+δ-铁素体组织。The microstructure and properties of S30408 stainless steel joint welded by PAW welding were test by using OM,SEM,tensile strength and corrosion test et al. The results show that both excellent mechanical properties and well appearance can be obtained at the proper welding parameters. The tensile strength of welded joints reaches 811 MPa which is nearly equal to that of the base metal,and the fracture morphology is typical dimple. Bending test and corrosion test were also tested. The microstructures of welded joint are dendritic austenite + δ-ferrite.
