摘　　要：在我国农产品成本"地板"和进口价格"天花板"的双重挤压下,产业发展受到影响,不得不求助于国家补贴,这一定程度上加重了财政负担。造成这种局面既有进口的冲击,也有调控体系不健全的因素。在吉林省实地调研的基础上,本文分析了玉米产业现阶段的情况,提出全面科学认识价格调控命题,提出在现有形势下用足用好"黄箱"、加强使用"绿箱"的必要性。Impacted by cost and import,development of our agricultural industry has been hindered,and appeals to central finance,which aggravates the financial burden. This article,based on field research,analyzes present situation of corn industry,manifests the understanding of price controlling,and presents how to use policy tools to build more competitive subsidy system of agricultural goods.
