摘 要:采用一步水热合成法制备出氮(N),氟(F)共掺杂TiO_2纳米管,然后通过沉积-沉淀法并结合光还原处理制备出一种新型Ag@AgI复合的N,F共掺杂TiO_2纳米管。结果表明:所制备的催化剂样品具有均匀的纳米管结构,比表面积较大可达210.6m^2/g。由于N,F的掺杂和Ag表面等离子体共振效应使得催化剂的禁带宽度降低到1.9eV,其光吸收边际红移到650nm左右,其在可见光范围的响应明显增强,光生电子-空穴对更容易分离。在波长大于400nm光照射75min,样品对甲基橙催化降解率达到98.2%,循环利用5次样品对甲基橙的催化降解率仍能保持在90%以上,说明该催化剂具有稳定的光催化活性。N,F codoped TiO2 nanotubes were prepared with one-pot hydrothermal synthesis method and then got the new type photocatalyst material of Ag@AgI/N,F-TNTs through deposition-precipitation combined with photoreduction method.The results showed that the prepared photocatalyst material had nanotube structure and its specific surface area was 210.6m^2/g.With surface plasma resonance,the photoabsorption bound had a red shift about to 650 nm,which significantly enhanced the response of the visible light range and the photoinduced electron-hole pairs separated easily.Under visible light(wavelength exceeded 400nm),the degradation rate of methyl orange remained over 90% when the catalyst reused for five times,which can explain the as synthesized photocatalysts had stable photocatalytic activity.
