摘 要:采用溶液共混法制备了羧甲基纤维素钠/凹凸棒石复合材料和羧甲基纤维素钠/改性凹凸棒石复合材料。通过SEM和FT-IR对所制备的两种复合材料的表面形貌和改性凹凸棒石与羧甲基纤维钠的相互作用进行了表征。探讨了凹凸棒石和改性凹凸棒石用量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:凹凸棒石和改性凹凸棒石都能与羧甲基纤维素钠良好结合并显著提高复合材料的力学性能;当凹凸棒石用量为羧甲基纤维素钠质量的1.4%时,羧甲基纤维素钠/凹凸棒石复合材料的力学性能较好;当改性凹凸棒石用量为羧甲基纤维素钠质量的1.4%时,羧甲基纤维素钠/改性凹凸棒石复合材料的表面致密,力学性能较好且优于羧甲基纤维素钠/凹凸棒石复合材料。Attapulgite(AT)which from Xuyi was dispersed into sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)matrix to get CMC-Na/AT composite through blending method with different compositions.Then the attapulgite(MAT)modified by KH-570 was dispersed into matrix to obtain CMC-Na/MAT composite through blending method.These composites were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effect of attapulgite content on the property of composite was invesitigated.The results indicated that the mechanical performance of composite was improved due to the strong interaction between CMC-Na and attapulgite or modified attapulgite.The mechanical properties showed that when the content of attapulgite was 1.4%,compared to CMC-Na,the mechanical property of CMC-Na/AT was best.When the content of modified attapulgite was 1.4%,compared to CMC-Na,the mechanical property of CMC-Na/MAT was better than CMC-Na/AT.The morphology of composites were changed when introducing attapulgite or modified attapulgite.
