摘  要:在碳酸钾催化下,碳酸二甲酯与甘油发生酯交换合成碳酸甘油酯,再以碳酸甘油酯、2-溴异丁酰溴为原料,发生醇解反应合成2-氧代-1,3-二氧戊环-4-基-(甲基-2-溴-2-甲基丙酸甲酯)(ODMBMP)。借助原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)技术,氯化亚铜(CuCl)/2,2′-联二吡啶(bpy)为催化体系,以ODMBMP为引发剂,引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)无规共聚,合成环状碳酸甘油酯单封端聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯无规聚合物(PMMA-co-GMA)。最后,以PMMA-co-GMA和三甲胺盐酸盐为原料,通过开环季铵化反应生成具有水溶性的季铵化聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯无规聚合物(QPMMA-co-GMA)。采用红外光谱(IR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)、核磁共振氢谱(1 H-NMR)等技术对合成物质的结构和性能进行表征。利用最小杀菌浓度(MBC)法,测定合成的QPMMA-coGMA对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌活性,实验结果表明在浓度80mg/L时,杀菌率为99.9%。Glycerol carbonate was synthesized through transesterification using dimethyl carbonate and glycerin as raw materials in the presence of K2CO3,then 2-oxo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl-(methyl-2-bromo-2-methylpropanoate)(ODMBMP)was synthesized from glycerol carbonate by alcoholysis with 2-bromoisobutyrylbromide.Poly(methyl methacrylate)-co-poly(glycidyl methacrylate)random copolymer(PMMA-co-GMA)with mono-cyclic-carbonate group was obtained by atom transfer radical copolymerization(ATRP)of the comonomers,methyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate,using ODMBMP as an initiator and CuCl/2,2′-bipyridine(bpy)as a catalyst.Finally,the water-soluble quaternized poly(methyl methacrylate)-co-poly(glycidyl methacrylate)random copolymer(QPMMA-co-GMA)was synthesized through ring opening quaternized reaction between PMMA-co-GMA and trimethylamine hydrochloride.The resulting polymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1 H-NMR).Bactericidal activity of QPMMA-co-GMA was evaluated by minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)values against Staphylococcus aureus.The results indicated that bactericidal rate of QPMMA-co-GMA was up to99.9% when the concentration was 80mg/L.
