摘 要:采用丙三醇-水复合溶剂共沉淀法制得Ce∶YAG荧光粉。借助pH计检测共沉淀中pH值的变化,用FT-IR、XRD、SEM和荧光光谱仪分析了前驱体的成分、样品的结构、形貌及发光性能。结果表明,醇的加入明显提高了原有水体系的pH值和黏度;pH值控制在8~9之间和适当增大溶液的黏度能促进多金属离子体系的均匀共沉淀,利于稳定获得焙烧中无过渡相出现的纯相Ce∶YAG荧光粉;另外丙三醇起到了分散剂的作用,所得粉体相对于水体系具有更好的分散性,且具有更好的发光性能。Ce∶YAG phosphor was prepared used the glycerin-water mixed-solvent by coprecipitation.The pH during the process of coprecipitation was measured by pH meter.The precursor and Ce∶YAG powder were characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM and fluorescence spectrometer.The results shown that glycerin in the mixed-solvent can improve the pH value and viscosity of original water system.pH value controlled between 8~9and increasing the viscosity properly can promote coprecipitation of multi metal ions system,and had advantages for obtaining pure phase Ce∶YAG phosphor without appearance of other impure phases during calcination.Furthermore glycerol played the role of dispersant,and the resulting powder had better dispersibility and luminous performance compared with the water system.
