摘  要:研究了采用化学共沉淀法与聚合热解法制备氧化锡锑(ATO,Antimony Tin Oxide),并通过红外光谱、XRD、TEM、电导率仪等分别分析Sb元素的存在形式、晶体结构、粒径及导电性能。结果表明,用聚合热解法制备ATO工艺流程简单,所需时间短,粒径小、分布均匀,导电性能好。将聚合热解法制备的ATO添加到水性丙烯酸乳液中制备出的透明隔热涂料可见光透过率达75%,表明其具有良好的透光效果;通过自制测温系统发现,环境温度在35℃以上时,该涂料可降低内部空气温度2~3℃,表明其具有一定隔热效果。Currently antimony tin oxide(ATO)with low cost and good optical properties,are widely used as functional filler of transparent insulation coating.Using chemical coprecipitation and polymeric paralysis to prepare ATO.The exist form of Sb element,crystal structure,particle size and conductivity of ATO were analysised by infrared spectroscopy,XRD,TEM and conductivity meter.The study found that ATO prepared by polymeric paralysis had a simple process,short time,small particle size,uniform distribution and good electrical properties.Add ATO prepared by polymeric paralysis to water-based acrylic emulsion,transparent insulation coating was prepared.Then the result of test showed that its visible through rate was 75%,indicating that it had good light effect.The self-made temperature measurement system was used to test its cooling effect.When the ambient temperature above 35℃,the coating can reduce the internal air temperature 2~3℃.It was showed that it had some insulation.
