摘  要:通过与月桂酰氯的酯化反应,在羟乙基纤维素(HEC)大分子中引入脂肪族侧链。FT-IR分析结果表明,HEC与月桂酰氯之间发生了酯化反应。接触角和取代度的数据表明,脂肪族侧链的引入,使HEC的疏水性增强。将羟乙基纤维素月桂酸酯(HECLAE)作为大分子偶联剂应用在PBS/木纤维复合材料中,表现出良好的界面改性作用。木纤维经质量分数为2%的HECLAE(—COCl/—OH物质的量比为1.6∶1)处理后,所制备的复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度与未经处理的复合材料相比分别增加了12.4%和15.1%。经表面处理木纤维制备的复合材料的储能模量(E′)显著增加。SEM图像显示木粉纤维在PBS基体中的分散状况得以改善。By esterification reaction with lauroyl chloride,long fatty side chain was introduced into the macromolecule of hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC).FT-IR spectra confirmed the occurrence of esterification reaction.As indicated by the data of contact angle and substitution degree,the hydrophobicity of hydroxyethyl cellulose lauric acid ester(HECLAE)was enhanced in comparison with HEC by the introduction of long fatty side chain.The obtained HECLAE was used as macromolecular coupling agent in PBS/wood fiber composites and exhibited a positive influence on improving the mechanical performance of composites.In comparison with untreated ones,the tensile and impact strengths of composites containing 30%of wood fiber treated with 2wt% HECLAE(—COCl/—OH=1.6∶1)increased by 12.4% and 15.1%,respectively.A significant increase in storage modulus(E′)was observed upon the incorporation of treated wood fiber.SEM images showed that the dispersion of treated wood fiber in PBS matrix was improved.It can be inferred that the polymer-wood interfacial bonding was strengthened.
