摘 要:综述了近年来改善壳聚糖血液相容性的方法,包括化学修饰改性壳聚糖,在壳聚糖大分子上接枝亲水性高分子链,对壳聚糖进行特殊生物活化,与血液相容性良好的物质相复合等。从改善壳聚糖结构的角度,对今后进一步改善壳聚糖血液相容性的研究方向进行了展望。Chitosan is of nontoxic,biodegradable,unique biological activity and histocompatibility as a unique natural alkaline and positive charges polysaceharide.It can be used as the wound hemostatic material due to blood coagulation effect when it can facilitate the attachment of many blood component and cells,including albumin,complement,red blood cells,platelet,etc.The blood coagulation function limits its application within a certain range in biomedical field.The methods of improving the blood compatibility of chitosan were reviewed.Chemical modifying chitosan,grafting hydrophilic polymer chains onto chitosan molecule such as PEG,the chitosan biological activation,or complex with blood compatible natural polymer can develop the blood compatibility of chitosan.The general view of the research trends of improving the blood compatibility of chitosan from the structure modification was given,too.
