摘  要:目的探讨七味白术散、七味白术滴剂和七味白术提取物对抗生素联合番泻叶致菌群失调小鼠小肠黏膜超微结构和sIgA的影响。方法小鼠经头孢曲松钠和盐酸林可霉素加冰番泻叶灌胃造成菌群失调模型。将小鼠分为正常组、模型组(造模成功后即为自然恢复组)、七味白术散煎剂组、七味白术散滴剂组和七味白术散提取物组。治疗后,进行小鼠肠组织超微结构观察,小肠黏膜组织sIgA含量和黏膜上皮细胞内sIgA的表达检测。结果小肠超微结构显示,不同剂型七味白术散组均能明显改善模型动物小肠黏膜炎症病变和促进小肠肠道sIgA的增加。结论七味白术散能有效提高小肠肠道sIgA含量,修复损伤小肠黏膜免疫组织,减轻菌群失调腹泻。Objective To investigate the effects of Qiwei Baizhu Powder,Qiwei Baizhu Drops and Qiwei Baizhu extracts on the ultrastructure of small intestinal mucosa and sIgA in mice with intestinal dysbacteriosis.Methods Mice were gavaged with Ceftriaxone,Lincomycin hydrochloride and iced senna liquid to make intestinal dysbacteriosis models,which were divided into 5groups:model group(MG)(i.e.spontaneous recovery group upon success of modeling,ZHG),normal group(NG),decoction group(QJG),Drops group(QDG)and extracts group(QTG).Electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructure of small intestine,and ELISA method was used to detect the expression of sIgA in intestinal mucosa.Results The intestinal mucosal lesions of the model mice were improved and sIgA levels increased in all the groups which were given Qiwei Baizhu Powder regardless of the formation.Conclusion Qiwei Baizhu Powder can increase the sIgA expression in small intestinal mucosa of mice with dysbacteriosis,help to repair intestinal mucosa,and relieve intestinal mucosal inflammation.
