摘  要:智能化变电站测控装置双重化配置以后,监控信息冗余的同时带来了异源数据的辨识选择和遥控对象惟一性的问题,本文分析了现有双测控配置方案的优缺点,提出了一种由监控系统自主选择主机并根据双机实时运行状况自动切换主备机的策略,本文对双测控的实施方案进行了阐述,提出了一种间隔层测控装置不停电检修的运维方式,适合智能变电站无人值守的趋势。With dual configuration of Bay Control Unit (BCU) in smart substation, the monitoring system has became redundant and reliable, but also bring the problem of different data selection and uniqueness for control object. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of present dual configuration schemes. The strategy of automatic selecting the host by monitoring system according to dual BCU's real-time running state and automatic switching of the master-slave machine is proposed. In this paper, the implementation scheme of dual BCU is described and operation mode of BCU maintenance without power cut is provides, which is a trend in smart substation.
