摘 要:GIS设备受装配工艺、运行年限以及频繁操作等因素影响,容易造成内部触头接触不良,导致过热、放电甚至爆炸等故障的发生。本文以一起220k V GIS设备内部放电故障为例,通过现场解体检查及试验分析,得出机构操作力设计裕度偏小导致合闸不到位是故障发生的主要原因。结合现场实际,制定了停电处理方案,并提出工艺流程及质量控制要求。最后,针对此类故障提出了相应的反事故措施,以进一步提高设备的可靠运行水平。Assembly process, operating period and frequent operation are easy to cause the internal contact of GIS bad contact, leading to overheat, discharge even explosion accident. Taking the internal discharge of 220kV GIS as an example, by means of integrated inspection and test analysis on site, it is verified that the insufficiency of operation force of mechanism, which causing uncompleted closing is the main reason for the accident. Based on site actual conditions, the paper described the outage treatment method and put forward the technological process and quality control requirement. Finally, According to the accident, the preventive measures are put forward, which improve the level of the reliable operation of the equipment.
