品管圈活动在静脉留置针100例中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察品管圈活动在推进中西医结合科静脉留置针中的作用。方法:选取200例中西医结合科住院患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法,分为观察组与对照组各100例,对照组给予常规护理方法对留置针进行护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加品管圈活动模式干预,对两组患者护理满意度、治疗依从性、留置针留置时间、留置针静脉穿刺的成功率及并发症发生率等进行比较。结果:观察组护理满意度、治疗依从率分别为100.00%与98.00%,与对照组患者(70.00%、69.00%)相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的留置针留置时间、留置针静脉穿刺的成功率均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将品管圈活动应用于推进中西医结合科静脉留置针中,能够有效提高患者的护理满意度、治疗依从性及静脉留置针穿刺成功率,并有利于留置针留置时间的延长,减少并发症。Objective To explore the effect of quality management circle activity to promote the venous indwelling needle in integrated TCM and western medicine department. Methods 200 cases of patients admitted in integrated TCM and western medicine department were divided into 100 cases of observation group and 100 cases of control group. Control group patients were given routine nursing method of indwelling needle of nursing, while the observation group increased quality management circle activity pattern intervention on the basis of routine nursing method. Nursing satisfaction, treatment adherence, needle indwelling time, success rate of indwelling vein needle and incidence of complications were compared. Results The satisfaction rate and treatment compliance rate of the observation group were 100.00% and 98.00% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of 70.00% and 69.00% in the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The indwelling time, suc- cess rate of indwelling vein needle and incidence of complications of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Quality management circle activity used to promote the venous indwelling needle in integrated TCM and western medicine department, can effectively improve patient＇ s Nursing satisfaction, treatment adherence and success rate of indwelling vein needle. And it is advantageous to extend the time of needle indwelling time, and reduce the complications.
