摘　　要：针对现阶段上部烟叶存在可用性低及烟碱含量高的问题,分析了上部烟叶可用性差的原因,并从农业和工业2个方面综述了现阶段所采用的改善上部烟叶可用性的生产技术措施和方法,以促进烟草产业的发展。Aiming to the problems of low availability and high nicotine of upper tobacco leaf in our country ,the reasons of low availability of bottom tobacco leaf were analyzed and methods ,which were used to improve availability of bottom tobacco leaf,from two aspects of agriculture and industry were provided, so as to promote the development of tobacco industry.
