双氢青蒿素抗恶性脑胶质瘤作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究双氢青蒿素对人恶性脑胶质瘤U87细胞生长的作用。方法培养人恶性脑胶质瘤U87细胞,MTT法检测双氢青蒿素作用后U87细胞的生长抑制率,倒置显微镜观察药物作用后细胞生长的变化。结果 0.5、5.0、50μmol/L双氢青蒿素均明显抑制U87细胞的生长,倒置显微镜下观察到药物作用后细胞密度明显降低。结论双氢青蒿素能明显抑制脑胶质瘤细胞的生长增殖。Objective To study the effects of dihydroartemisinin on the growth of malignant glioma U87 cells. Meth-ods Human malignant glioma U87 cells were cultured,the inhibition of U87 cells was detected by MTT assay after dihydroartemisinin treatments,and the density of U87 cells was observed by inverted microscope. Results 0. 05, 0. 5,5 and 50μmol/L dihydroartemisinin markedly inhibited the growth of U87 cells,the density of cells deceased ob-viously. Conclusion Dihydroartemisinin can inhibit the proliferation of glioma cells.
