摘　　要：目的:通过对2012-2013年对北京市海淀区医疗机构放射卫生量化分级干预项目的数据进行分析,为探讨量化分级管理制度在放射卫生领域的应用提供理论依据。方法:于2012年对北京市海淀区269家医疗机构进行第一次量化分级普查,根据调查情况有针对性地对放射诊疗机构进行干预,并要求其按照《量化分级表》项目进行自查管理。2013年对257家医疗机构进行再次普查,与干预项目实施前的情况进行对比分析,评价干预效果。结果:被调查的医疗机构放射卫生平均标化分从干预前的(87.96±8.37)分增长到干预后的(92.69±6.86)分,前后比较t=-7.653,P<0.000,被评为A级的医疗机构从30.1%增加到73.5%。结论:本次量化分级干预项目提高了海淀区医疗机构整体的放射诊疗管理水平,尤其对一级以下医疗机构的干预效果最为明显。The objective are to investigate the application of quantitative classification management system in the field of radiology health by analyzing interventions data from 2012-2013 in Haidian District in Beijing.The first survey for 269 medical institutions was carried out in 2012,proceed the targeted interventions according the results.The second survey for 257 medical institutions was carried out in 2013.This paper compared the first survey result with the status after intervention to evaluate the effect of intervention.The average score of all medical institutions increased from 87.96±8.37 to 92.69±6.86（t=-7.653,P0.000）.The proportion of medical institutions graded A increased from 30.1% to 73.5%.The interventions program of quantitative classification improve the level of Administration of radiology health in Haidian District,especially for the primary medical institutions.
