摘　　要：对一起医务人员参与人体器官买卖被吊销《医师执业证书》案件进行了分析,就吊销《医师执业证书》的程序、适用法规、办案机制及医师的注册管理等问题提出了自己的看法。This paper analyzed an administrative punishment case of revoking physician license for medical personnel involving in the human organ trading activities.The author put forward his own views on the procedures,law application,handling mechanism of revoking physician license,and discussed on the registration and management problems of physician.
