摘  要:目的观察高压氧(HBO)在急性氮气中毒救治中的应用。方法 11例急性氮气中毒患者,均为男性,年龄24~54岁,平均年龄36.9岁。应用HBO联合综合性治疗。分析生物化学指标和酶谱情况,以及脑电图、心电图、头颅CT。结果氮气中毒患者经过10~15次HBO治疗后,临床症状完全消失。全部患者治疗前白细胞总数、中性粒细胞、血糖、乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶升高,治疗后下降,而血钾降低,治疗后回升。脑电图、心电图、头颅CT等检查完全恢复正常,未留下明显后遗症状。结论氮气中毒是由于缺氧导致的单纯性窒息,早期应用HBO是治疗氮气中毒有效的手段,有助于减轻脑损伤。Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on patients with acute nitrogen gas toxicosis. Methods A total of 1 l male patients with acute nitrogen gas toxicities were enrolled, which aged 24 - 54 years old with mean age of 36.9 years old. All of them performed HBO combined with comprehensive treatment. The indicators of biochemistry, zymography, electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram and brain CT were analyzed. Results After 10 - 15 times treatment of HBO, the clinical symptoms were disappeared. Before treatment, the leukocyte count, neutrophils, glucose, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine phosphokinase and creatine kinase isoenzyme were elevated. After treatment, all these parameters were decreased. The potassium decreased before treatment but raised after treatment. The biochemistry data,electroencephalogram and brain CT were recovery to normal without significant sequela. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the nitrogen gas toxicosis is simplex asphyxia caused by hypoxia, and early treatment combined with HBO is the effective method to reduce brain injuries.
