摘 要:目的:研究氨苄青霉素钠术前及术后应用对腹部二类切口手术术后感染的影响。方法:选取我院2012年3月~2014年2月收治的124例行腹部二类切口手术患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组采用常规抗生素防治感染,观察组在常规抗生素基础上于手术前后使用氨苄青霉素钠。观察两组术后感染情况。结果:结合临床观察和术后跟踪病情,观察组术后切口感染率4.84%较对照组(16.13%)显著较低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);革兰氏杆菌是本次切口感染患者的主要病菌感染类型,观察组出现3例革兰氏杆菌感染,对照组出现8例革兰氏杆菌感染,观察组革兰氏杆菌感染较少。结论:术前及术后使用氨苄青霉素钠能有效降低革兰氏杆菌感染等病原体的感染风险,对预防切口感染具有重要作用。Objective:To study the effect of preoperative and postoperative application of ampicillin sodium on postoperative infection of abdominal typeⅡincision operation. Methods :124 cases of patients who received type Ⅱ incision operation in our hospital from March2012 to February 2014 were selected. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 62 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine antibiotics to prevent infection. Based on routine antibiotics,the observation group was treated with ampicillin sodium before and after operation. The postoperative infection of the two groups was observed. Results :According to clinical observation and postoperative follow-up,the postoperative infection rate of incision in the observation group(4.84%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.13%)(P0.05); Gram bacilli were the main pathogen infection type in patients with incision infection. There were 3 cases infected by Gram bacilli in the observation group which were fewer than 8 cases in the control group. Conclusion :Preoperative and postoperative application of ampicillin sodium can effectively reduce the infection risk of Gram bacilli and other pathogens,which plays an important role in preventing incision infection.
