摘 要:针对击针偏心度的测量精度受限于现场操作的问题,提出了一种便于现场操作的多击痕测量方法。首先,对药筒底火孔处填充的软金属击发次数不少于3次,任意2次击发之间药筒的旋转角没有精确定量要求。然后,通过最小二乘原理拟合出每个击痕的中心点相对坐标。最后,将这些击痕中心作为圆上的点,通过圆拟合得的圆半径作为击针偏心度。采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟结果表明:新方法与传统方法相比,测量精度至少提高了30%。模拟结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。Aimed at the problem that the measurement accuracy of firing pin eccentricity is limited by the problem of field operation,a kind of method based on multiple firing-indentations was proposed to be easy and feasible for site operation. Firstly,the cartridge primer hole filling soft metal was fired no less than three times,between any two firing cartridge rotation angle without precise quantitative requirements. Secondly,the relative coordinates of the center points of each firing-indentation were fitted by the least square principle. Finally,the centers of the firing-indentations were used as the points on the circle,and the radius of the circle fitting was used as the firing pin eccentricity. The simulation results come from Monte Carlo method show that the measurement accuracy improves at least 30% with the new method compared with the traditional method. The results show that the new method is feasible and available.
