摘 要:为了评价一种以RDX(黑索金)为基的压装PBX(高聚物黏结炸药)炸药的装药尺寸稳定性,利用高低温度交替冲击试验,研究热冲击对JHL-X(聚黑铝-X)炸药装药尺寸稳定性的影响。采用炸药药柱径向和轴向尺寸变化率和密度变化率表征了炸药装药尺寸的稳定性,用线膨胀仪测试了压装PBX炸药线膨胀系数(CET),分析了CET的变化对炸药药柱轴向尺寸的影响。结果表明,压装PBX炸药药柱经受热冲击循环过程中,轴向和径向的尺寸变化率以及密度变化率随热冲击温度的升高而增大,随温度的降低而减小,轴向尺寸和径向尺寸的变化率相当。与试验前比较,试验后恢复至常温的炸药药柱密度和轴向尺寸分别增大0.6%和0.75%,而径向尺寸减小0.3%。In order to evaluate the charge size stability of the RDX-based pressed PBX explosive,the effects of thermal shock on the charge size stability of pressed PBX explosive were investigated by thermal shock cycle test,The charge size stability of pressed PBX explosive was characterized by the change rate of size and density,The linear coefficient of expansion( CTE) of this kind of explosives are measured by thermal expansion apparatus,and the effects of composition and technology on CTE are also studied. The results show that in the process of thermal shock cycling,the change of density,axial size and radial size increase with the temperature increasing,and decrease with the decreasing of temperature. Compared with the experiment before and after test,the density of explosive and axial size of explosive increases about0. 6% and 0. 75% respectively,awhile radial size lessens about 0. 3%.
