数控编程中比例缩放中心坐标值的确定方法研究

摘　　要：在数控的铣削加工中,有时会碰到一些轮廓形状相同、大小不一样的零件。这时利用比例缩放指令编程能简化程序。但比例缩放中心的确定是一个难点,操作者很难理解透彻并真正掌握,文中提出了借助CAD软件来确定缩放中心坐标值的方法。In NC milling process, we may have to process the same shape components with different sizes. At this time,proportional scaling instruction programming can simplify the NC program. But scaling function is a difficult point for operator to understand and master it thoroughly. This paper proposes a method to determine the scaling-centered coordinate values using CAD software.
