摘　　要：＂人民币国际化是一把双刃剑,在给我国带来机遇的同时也招来了风险,例如资本外逃风险、投机冲击风险等。未来,人民币应该在双向波动中积极地寻找平衡,唯有如此才能够在国内外部风险中实现国际化,虽然这依然任重道远＂11月30日,国际货币基金组织（IMF）执董会投票决定将人民币正式纳入SDR[特别提款权Special Drawing Right,亦称＂纸黄金＂（Paper Gold）,最早发行于1969年,是国际货币基金组织根据会员国认缴的份额分配的,可用于偿还国际货币基金组织债务、The RMB internationalization is a double-edged sword, which brings the opportunities and the risks at the same time to each country, such as the risk of capital flight and speculative attacks. In the future, RMB should actively seek balance in two-way volatility, that is the only way to realize internationalization in the domestic and external risk, although it is still a long way to go.
