摘　　要：目的了解乌兰察布市农业区布病流行现状,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法,使用统一调查方法,通过入户逐一调查,全部抽血检验,病例判定和布鲁氏菌分离培养鉴定均按《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》(ws269-2007)进行。结果凉城县天成乡全胜店行政村患病率(73/277)26.35%,发病率(56/277)20.22%,新发病占患病比例(56/73)76.71%;养羊户发病多,不养羊户发病少;灌服免疫户不发病,未免疫户发病。获得羊3型布鲁氏杆菌2株。结论凉城县天成乡布病流行极为严重,个别自然村(30/49)61.22%村民患布病,农业区布病正在蔓延。Objective Wulanchabu city agricultural region brucellosis epidemic situation, provide basis for the prevention and control countermeasures.Methods Using descriptive epidemiological method, using unified investigation method, through into people＇s homes one by one investigation, all blood tests, the cases were judged and Brucella isolated culture identified by ＂bruceUosis diagnostic criteria＂ ws269-2007. Results Xiaag Quan Sheng Dian Xing Zheng Cun Liangcheng Tiancheng prevalence （73/277） 26.35%, Incidence （56/277） 20.22%, The new incidence accounted for （56/73） 76.71% of the prevalence; The incidence of a sheep is much, and the incidence of the sheep is not enough.For 2 strains of Brueella suis type 3. Conclusions Liangcheng County Tiancheng Xiang brucellosis epidemic is very serious, brucellosis patients with individual villages （30/49） 61.22% of villagers, brucellosis in agricultural areas is spreading.
