摘  要:目的调查武汉铁路局高速动车组集中空调冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌的污染状况。方法对2014年和2015年共采集的138份高速动车组集中空调冷凝水水样按标准方法进行嗜肺军团菌培养分离和鉴定。结果高速动车组集中空调冷凝水中均未检出嗜肺军团菌,合格率为100%。结论武汉铁路局高速动车组集中空调冷凝水未受到嗜肺军团菌的污染,但仍应加强集中空调定期监测,以保障旅客健康和铁路运输生产安全。Objective Investigation of Legionella pneumophila pollution condition in condensed water in central air conditioner on High-speed trains of Wuhan railway bureau. Methods The 138 condensate water samples on high-speed emu central air conditioning were collected from 2014 to 2015, and then cultured for Legionella pneumophila bacteria for separation and identification by standard methods. Results Legionella pneumophila has not been detected in Condensed water in Central air conditioner on High-speed trains of Wuhan railway bureau, with the percent of pass 100%. Conclusion Although condensed water in Central air conditioner on High-speed Wains of Wuhan railway bureau has not been polluted by Legionella pneumophila, regular monitoring should be strengthened for central air conditioning so as to ensure passenger health and production safety of railway transportation.
