糖尿病患者自我管理知识、态度、行为评价量表的效度与信度评价

摘　　要：目的评价糖尿病患者自我管理知识、态度、行为评价量表在社区糖尿病患者中使用的效度和信度。方法采用通过两轮德尔菲法和预试验形成的糖尿病患者自我管理知识、态度、行为评价量表，通过调查员面对面询问、患者回答的方式调查460例社区糖尿病患者。1周后采用抽签法随机抽取25例社区糖尿病患者用相同的方法进行重复调查。评价量表的表面效度、内容效度、结构效度和辨别效度；同时进行信度评价，包括Cronbach0d系数、0系数、Q系数、劈半信度和重测信度。结果本次研究共发放460份量表，回收442份，合格432份。总量表得分为（254．59±28．90）分，知识、态度、行为分量表得分分别为（82．44±11．24）、（63．53±5．77）和（108．61±17．55）分。量表具有优良的表面效度和内容效度，分量表得分与总量表得分的相关系数在0．71～0．91之间，P值均〈0．001。总量表及分量表的公因子累计方差贡献率为57．28％～67．19％，达到50％以上的认可标准，共提取25个公因子，98个条目中有91个条目在相应因子上的负荷值I〉0．40，具有良好的结构效度。高分组知识、态度、行为分量表的得分分别为（91．12±3．62）、（68．75±4．51）、（129．38＋8．53）分，均高于低分组（分别为69．96±11．20、58．79±4．87、89．65±11．34）（t值分别为-19．45、-16．24、-30．29，P值均〈0．001），具有较好的辨别效度。总量表及分量表的Cronbach’s a系数在0．79～0．93之间，0系数在0．86～0．95之间，n系数在0．90～0．98之间，劈半信度在0．89～0．95之间。总量表重测信度r值为0．51，分量表r值在0．46～0．52之间，P值均〈0．05。结论糖尿病患者自我管理知识、态度、行为评价量表具有良好的效度、理想的信度，可以用于社区糖尿病患者自我管理状况的评价。Objective To evaluate the validity and reliability of Diabetes Self-management Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior Assessment Scale （DSKAB）. Methods We selected 460 patients with diabetes in the community, used the scale which was after two rounds of the Delphi method and pilot study. Investigators surveyed the patients by the way of face to face. by draw lots, we selected 25 community diabetes randomly for repeating investigations after one week. The validity analyses included face validity, content validity, construct validity and diseriminant validity. The reliability analyses included Cronbach＇s el coefficient, 0 coefficient, f~ coefficient, split-half reliability and test-retest reliability. Results This study distributed a total of 460 questionnaires, reclaimed 442, qualified 432. The score of the scale was 254.59± 28.90, the scores of the knowledge, attitude, behavior sub-scales were 82.44±11.24, 63.53±5.77 and 108.61±17.55, respectively. It had excellent face validity and content validity. The correlation coefficient was from 0.71 to 0.91 among three sub-scales and the scale, P〈0.001. The common factor cumulative variance contribution rate of the scale and three sub-scales was from 57.28% to 67.19%, which achieved more than 50% of the approved standard, there was 25 common factors, 91 items of the total 98 items held factor loading t〉0.40 in its relevant common factor, it had good construct validity. The scores of high group and low group in three sub-scales were： knowledge （91.12 ± 3.62） and （69.96± 11.20）, attitude （68.75 ± 4.51） and （58.79±4.87）, behavior （129.38＋8.53） and （89.65 ± 11.34）,mean scores of three sub-scales were apparently different, which compared between high score group and low score group, the t value were- 19.45,- 16.24 and -30.29, respectively, P〈0.001, and it had good discriminant validity.
