摘  要:用钛酸丁酯为原料,通过胶溶-沉淀的方法在低温下制备了纳米TiO2/玻璃微珠复合颗粒,利用SEM、DRS、XRD等表征了复合颗粒的结构和形貌。结果表明,玻璃微珠表面被20nm左右的TiO2包覆形成核-壳型结构,XRD结果显示表面的TiO2为锐钛矿型,复合颗在紫外光区有强烈吸收,呈现出纳米TiO2半导体光吸收特征。以含甲基橙废水为降解对象研究了所制备复合颗粒的光催化活性。Using butyl titanate as the main material, the nano TiO2/glass beads composite particles were prepared at low temperature in acidic abundant aqueous solution. The properties of composite particles, including surface morphology and the phase composition, were characterized by SEM, DRS and XRD. The results show that glass beads are coated by TiO2 of about 20 nm in size, forming the core-shell structure. The coating layer is anatase TiO2, which is confirmed by XRD. DRS result show that the composite particles have the same ultraviolet light absorption property as the nanometer TiO2 semiconductor materials. The photocatalytic activity of composite particles was measured by the degradation test of methyl orange solution.
