摘 要:通过研究低温时效过程中表面单斜相含量和抗弯强度的变化情况,对比研究3YS、3YS-E、FMY、JDF4种Y-TZP陶瓷分别在134℃、2×105Pa的水中时效15、30、45、60h,X射线衍射分析表面单斜相含量,测试试条的三点弯曲强度,电镜观察陶瓷断口微观结构。结果表明,4种材料的表面单斜相均随时效时间的延长而增加,3YS的相变速度最快,JDF的相变速度最慢;时效过程中4种材料的抗弯强度较时效前均有所升高;从时效过程中表面单斜相含量和抗弯强度两方面综合考虑,3YS-E是4组材料中最好的生物医用氧化锆陶瓷材料。The resistance of low temperature aging of four Y-TZP ceramics was studied. This research focused on the relationship between aging time and monoclinic phase content and flexural strength. The four Y-TZP ceramics were boiled in water of 134 °C and 2 bar. XRD was used to determine the volume content of monoclinic phase. The three-point flexural strength of the specimens was measured. Microstructure of the specimens was evaluated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results reveal that the content of monoclinic phase of four Y-TZP ceramics increases with the aging time, and the transformation rate and the flexural strength of 3YS, 3YS-E, FMY and JDF decline in sequence. The flexural strength slightly increases after aging. After comprehensive analysis, 3YS-E is the best bioceramic in the four kinds of Y-TZP ceramics.
